One of the common questions I am asked is which brand of jeans is the best for curvy women. Typically when recommending brands I want to know your size, shape and height first since that may impact size and fit but there are a few brands that are tried and true since they have options for regular, petite, tall and plus size.
Over the years I have had the best luck with jeans for curvy women from the following brands, not in any particular order, Liverpool Los Angeles, Wit & Wisdom, Good American, and NYDJ. When trying a new brand be sure to check the sizing since many jean brands run one size larger (you need to size down) due to stretch and fabric.
Liverpool Los Angeles is a newer brand I discovered and their jeans are comfortable, lightweight, stretchy, moderately priced, and come in a variety of styles. Good American is a well known brand with options for jeans for curvy women. If you are petite or plus size gal this company has a wide selection of jeans available in addition to regular sizes. Good American jeans are a regular weight jean, are available in a staggering number of styles and can be found on the Good American website, as well as Evereve, and Nordstrom. This company is also a certified B Corp which meets the highest standards of social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability.
Jeans by NYDJ are a fan favorite with clients and every time I recommend them everyone raves. NYDJ carries a wide selection of jeans and they are one of the comfiest jeans I have worn. They use a Lift Tuck® Technology that somehow flattens the tummy area but still lets you breathe. The jeans are stretchy, comfortable, and flattering at the same time.
