Elisa brings out the best in people. I hired her to review and update my wardrobe after I lost 40 pounds and started a new job. She went through my closet and identified what needed alterations and what needed to go. Then, she provided me a number of look cards, which highlighted colors and patterns that I liked – and many that I would not have picked on my own – but are now core pieces.

When it came time to purchase the new wardrobe, I wanted some custom pieces …and when I arrived at the store to get measured, the salesperson told me Elisa had visited the store a few days before our appointment to familiarize herself with their fabrics and designs.
As a result, Elisa and the salesperson worked together like old friends to get me in and out in about an hour.

Elisa purchased the rest of the pieces herself, met me to check the fit, and then handled the returns. I expected her to have impeccable fashion sense – and she does – but I did not consider how much time she would save me. Elisa never rushed me, always made me feel heard, and still finished every appointment early. Watching her work is a master class in customer service.

Our closet edit a few months ago has completely changed the approach I use for dressing for work.
I am no longer wearing sweatshirts to work, and I’ve been going through all of my nice shirts one by one by putting them on in the morning, and monitoring how I feel in them over the course of the day.

If I’m uncomfortable at any point in the day, they immediately go into my giveaway pile.
